Aluminum Stair Nosing
An aluminum stair nosing is a strip of aluminum that is attached to the edge of a stair tread to provide a barrier and prevent slips and falls. It is typically made of anodized aluminum, which is a type of aluminum that has been treated to make it more durable and resistant to corrosion. Our aluminum is extruded 6063 T5 exterior grade heat treated aluminum – filled with a proprietary blend of mineral abrasive grit and epoxy, creating a durable anti-slip surface.
