Sure-Foot’s grit-coated custom anti-slip floor tapes, fiberglass step covers, walkways, stair treads, vinyl tread tapes, and other custom-made items have protected companies and households from slips and falls for decades.

Customers may not know that we also offer these solutions on a contract manufacturing basis. In fact, a significant portion of our revenues from products come from our contract manufacturing capabilities.

From Private Labeling to Contract Manufacturing

Sure-Foot has provided private-label products for some customers for at least 30 years and has engaged in traditional contract manufacturing for the last 10 years. A typical contract manufacturing job might involve working for an up-fitter making special bodies for delivery vans that use our anti-slip flooring. In delivering these products, Sure-Foot will work with customers to deliver exactly the solution they need, which might mean creating a unique grit size, adhesive, or sheet, and developing prototypes to validate the solution. Some customers send us their parts which we coat and encapsulate grit to provide the non-skid surface they desire.

Sure-Foot has provided contract manufacturing services to a wide range of companies and industries, from automotive to aftermarket vehicle makers to the scaffolding industry and amusement park ride makers and beyond. Because everything we do in the contract manufacturing area is handmade to order, there are rarely minimums or maximums in terms of volumes.
